The Tactical Information Communication System, MSC-700K (TICN), is an IP-based tactical communication system intended to improve the performance of a tactical communication network, and is a wireless communication-based infra-communication system developed to enable quick and survivable communication support in tactical situations.

TICN MSC-700K is a large-capacity tactical communication base system intended to ensure the exercise of integrated combat capabilities between surveillance and reconnaissance, command and control, and precision-guided munitions in future battlefield environments and is composed of the main sub system equipments such as an exchange/access system, high and low capacity wireless transmission system, tactical mobile communication system, and wireless combat communication system, and ancillary support equipments such as vehicle and generator.
