Airborne ELINT pod system installed on tactical reconnaissance aircrafts is an electronic information gathering system which generates electronic information required for tactical mission of air force by analyzing signal characteristics gathered from air defense radars and missiles. Airborne ELINT pod system has LPI(Low Probability of Intercept) radar signal collection/analysis, high frequency and millimeter wave threat detection, precise direction finding, high-sensitivity digital channelized reception and intra-pulse modulation characteristic analysis capabilities.
