Shingung (Chiron) is a man-portable surface-to-air missile system with unprecedented high kill probability against low-flying fixed/ rotary wing aircraft.

State-of-the-art technologies and subsystems including the two-color infrared seeker, which counters enemy infrared countermeasures, and dual thrusters, which results in increased terminal speed, have been applied to the interceptor.

The system is equipped with a night vision system and can be integrated into Biho (Flying Tiger), a self-propelled air defense system.
